All items offered on Empiredgift are made-to-order.  This means that when you place your order, we print that item/s just for you, one at a time for the best quality! Currently, we do not have policies regarding the return of an item. Instead, kindly refer to our refund and replacement policy and these questions below.


If you are not happy with your purchase or it seems to be different than what you expected, please contact us via email at Our customer service team will review your request and send out further instructions to make sure you have the best experience with your Empiredgift orders.

2. Damaged or Low-Quality Items:

If the product is defective or does not properly function as advertised, feel free to contact us. We will take responsibility for any damage that occurred during the production process and delivery.
To proceed with the returns & refund quickly and effectively, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures should be taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error of the items clearly displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirm the situation, no need to return the defective ones. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in the future.

Caution: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:
 - Damage caused by accident
 - Improper care
 - Normal wear and tear
 - Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure
 - Aftermarket modification
Note: Our policy may last 7 days from the arrival date. If 7 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or replacement.
3. Did not receive your product
If your delivery is delayed than our shipping policy, you do have the right to request a refund or a new replacement for that order. Simply contact with our agent and provide your order information, we will assist you with the highest priority.
- Please note there will be some delayed due to some Covid-19/Omicron situation, shipping carrier will inform us and we will inform you in our shipping policy.
- In case we proceed with a refund. It will go back to your account in 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s progress.

Refund (If applicable)

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • After contacting us and submitting all evidences as our requirement, your request will be inspected. We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or denial of your case within 2-3 business days.
  • If your request is accepted, a refund will be processed right after that. The credit will be applied automatically to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  • We only refund the sale price of items, not shipping cost
  • If you haven't received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company first.
  • If you still have not received refund after doing this, please contact us and we will check it for you. 
  • For credit card transaction, total order value includes a processing fee of (0.3+3.9%*total order value). This fee will be deducted from the refund since it is paid for bank and non-refundable.  

Delivery & Shipping Issues

In case the package can't be delivered, it will be return to our warehouse. We will not take any responsibility in the following cases

Return to sender due to invalid shipping address

  • Incomplete or invalid address will lead to this situation. Therefore, please double-check your information when you check out. 
  • To avoid this problem, we will verified your address before processing your order. Any issues with it may lead to delay in arrival time. 

No access to delivery location

  • Shipping address is correct but there's no access to mailman for deliver the package to your door.
  • Notice will be left and re-delivery will be scheduled by the Post Office

Item does not receive due to reasons outside our control

  • Wrong shipping address
  • Not being at home to receive the parcel
  • Not picking up the package
  • Delivered but lost. The parcel was marked as "delivered" on tracking system but gotten lost.
  • Items are not being clear by your country's customs. 

Shipping delay

Sometimes, the shipping delays due to uncontrollable reasons such as bad weather, natural disaster, custom clearance process. In this case, an announcement will be posted on our website.
